For this workshop, Pulse! welcomes certified Kundalini Yoga instructor Victoria Lynes, whose passion for yoga shines through in all her classes for adults and children. Hosted in partnership with Baobab Community and Sandy Hill Community Health Centre, this interactive evening includes:  a brief hands-on drumming workshop, presentation of recent research “Drumming Up Health” by Kathy Armstrong, panel discussion and Q&A with guest speakers from arts, education, healthcare, and community development, including special guest Mama Adzorhlor III, Queen Mother from the village of Dagbamete, Ghana; performances by the Baobab Youth Performers, and a reception.
